Billing questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing you have to act on. The trial stops accepting new cases and the account stays readable. To continue, subscribe by card straight from the portal's billing page; if you do nothing, there is nothing to cancel and no card was ever taken.
How is it invoiced?
By card through Stripe, monthly or annually in advance, in euros, with an invoice emailed for every payment. The annual plan is 3,500 EUR, which is two months free against the monthly price. If your clinic needs a classic invoice by bank transfer instead, write to [email protected].
Can we stop whenever we want?
Yes, any time from the billing page in the portal. Monthly subscriptions end at the end of the paid month, with no notice period and no termination fee. You can export each patient's data first, and deletion is immediate on request.
